Memorandum: care and excellence in education and training (02/19/2009)

In this Memorandum, the Vlor presents its expectations towards the education policy of the forthcoming Flemish government (2009-2014). It proposes strategic objectives to enable the government to deal with societal and educational challenges, but also emphasises the broad mission of education.
