Recommendation: ‘Towards a sustainable literacy’ (03/25/2010)

The Vlor states this recommendation at the occasion of the publication by the Flemish Government of a state of affairs of the current strategic literacy plan (2005-2011). It is not an evaluation of the current literacy plan, but wants to set out landmarks for the new literacy plan to come. A working group of the General Council has prepared this recommendation.
